Born and raised in Punjab, India, Mr. Balraj Mann’s story is one of perseverance, passion, and purpose. Growing up on a farm, as part of a traditional Jatt farming family, Mr. Mann spent his early years immersed in the family profession. His father, a dedicated farmer, instilled in him the values of hard work and resilience.
At the age of 15, Mr. Mann migrated to Canada, a turning point that set the stage for his illustrious career. His passion for construction and engineering guided him to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering. With a clear goal to venture into the construction industry as an entrepreneur, he immersed himself in various roles, gaining hands-on experience and learning the nuances of the trade.

After 15 years of invaluable experience in the field, Mr. Mann made his entrepreneurial debut in 2001 by acquiring a partnership in Metro Testing Laboratories.
