KidsPlay Foundation’s Angela Arora Charity Golf Classic a resounding success in supporting youth sports

KidsPlay Foundation is thrilled to announce the resounding success of the inaugural Angela Arora Golf Classic, held on September 15 at The Hills At Portal Golf Club. The event, an afternoon of engaging golf, raised essential funds for the foundation’s free youth programs.

The tournament, generously hosted by The Hills At Portal Golf Club, and supported by lunch sponsor Save on Foods and donation match sponsor Scotiabank, surpassed all expectations. Angela Arora, whose remarkable journey from a young golf enthusiast to a rising NCAA Division 1 player was the highlight of the event, exemplified dedication both on and off the course.

Angela began her golfing journey at age five and progressed through competitive ranks, joining Team Canada by age 15. Now studying and playing golf at the University of Tennessee, her dream of a professional career continues. The golf classic was her way of giving back, aligning seamlessly with KidsPlay Foundation’s mission to support youth through sports.

Thanks to the generous contributions from sponsors and the local community, the tournament was a tremendous success. Every dollar raised will directly support programs that help young people pursue their dreams.

KidsPlay Foundation extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved for making the Angela Arora Charity Golf Classic a truly meaningful event. For those interested in future sponsorship opportunities or more information, please contact: apply@kidsplayfoundation.com.
