BERNIE’S BBQ: AN ONGOING LEGACY

A BBQ is the perfect way to reward your team, celebrate their accomplishments, and open channels for communication among all-level employees. Since 2003, Bernie’s BBQ has been an essential part of Brian Jessel BMW’s celebration of its team members and reminds everyone that there is always room to listen and learn from each other.

Named after Bernie Jessel, it is a reminder of his automobile industry expertise, the love for his job, friends, and family, and his endearingly positive outlook for living life to the fullest, all of which are still core values today at Brian Jessel BMW. Coworkers from all areas and of different levels, from entry-level to higher-up team members are encouraged to share a relaxed, work-free environment over a good plate of food and realize how much they have in common with their peers.
