From being a wife and mother of two, to trying different professional stints throughout her career.
Jeevikka has worked with the sales department at Thomas Cook in the past. She has also worked in countries like Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
With a heart that seeks change and adventure, she then chose to represent India in a beauty pageant and won a crown for her country as she became Mrs India World in 2004. She has also been a judge & chief guest at many pageants and festivals across the globe thereafter. While keeping up the commitments and traveling all over the world, she started working as the Vice President of a luxurious 5 star hotel and Aamby Valley City, a high end township in India. She then sold many luxurious properties and hotels to corporates and celebrities. She has also played an instrumental role in the deal for Grosvenor hotel, London and The Dream plaza, New York. She went in further into developing properties along with interiors.
Her helpful nature continued to explore and as a passion for wellness, she got certified as a Yoga and Naturopath doctor. She then decided to move to Canada and worked at a Wyndham Hotel property as Director of Sales and traveled North America for corporate sales missions.
With a rich background in real estate investments, sales and interior design makes her experience unique. Wide travel exposure and a winning attitude gives her the strength and skill for sales and blends into various cultures and customs easily. An expert negotiator with a firm commitment to customer service, gives her clients utmost importance and respects their decisions. She loves helping first time buyers fulfill their dream of buying a home and has a soft heart for seniors and loves spending time with them, listening to their wise words. Jeevikka specializes in selling residential detached homes, condos, townhomes and helping seniors relocate or downsizing, utilizing expert negotiation skills to broker the best deals.
