Everyday God gives us a gift. That gift is a new day. It is our attitude positive or negative that make us choose positivity or negativity. Every morning a positive person chooses joy, happiness, and not negativity or pain.

Negativity is the enemy of creativity:

We Know that it’s not weird to have negative thoughts. It doesn’t make us different or unusual. It doesn’t make us odd or unique. Negativity is a part of the human experience. We however, can make a conscious choice to ignore it as and when it happens. Just because negativity is present in our mind, doesn’t mean we have to allow it to overwhelm and control our life and actions.

Our mission in life is not merely to survive, even animals, insects survive; so, it is not a big deal. Our sole purpose is to thrive. To do so one need to stay positive not negative. Positivity set the undercurrent and with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some welcoming style we achieve the ultimate bliss.

Negativity and the submersion of our mind in negative thoughts, in succession, will never allow us to create that positive and abundant life we desire. We must monitor how we speak to ourselves because if left unchecked, negativity will root itself within our subconscious mind.

Make it your mission to look for the positives in your everyday life. Choose to live a life full of gratitude, faith, and possibility. Beat back the natural impulse to grasp at the negative. Know that through your thoughts you can shape your own future. Believe that your future holds more positive opportunities and you’ll be surprised at just how many more you find.

Negative people complain successively:

To complain is always non-acceptance of what it is. It invariably carries an unconscious negative charge. When you complain, you make yourself into a victim. So, change the situation by taking action or by speaking out if necessary. Either leave the situation or accept it.

Negativity is a tendency to be gloomy, disagreeable, and doubtful. It’s a pessimistic attitude that always expects negative things will happen. We should not make an opinion about a person on the basis of unmerited firing by others, as they are jealous with that person.

Negative people can only infest you with discouragements when they find you. Avoid their company. Better alone than in a bad company. Do not listen to negative thoughts, yours or anyone else’s. Disregarding negative thoughts isn’t hiding our head in the sand, but simply not allowing the negative to mess and influence our experience of the present moment. The moment is never improved or helped by negativity, though we are programmed to think our negative thoughts, worries, and fears plays a big role. When you really examine this idea, you will see that negativity doesn’t serve any purpose.

Criticism Sandwich:

The Sandwich Method (or Sandwich Technique or Hamburger Method) is so named because the pieces of bread represent positive feedback/compliments while the meat of the sandwich (or innards if you’re vegetarian) represents constructive criticism. That is offering someone a few words of praise, then getting to the meat of the problem i.e. criticism; and finally adding a few more words of praise.

Bad Is Stronger Than Good:

It’s in human nature, and there are even signs of it in animals as experiments with rats prove it. Bad emotions, bad parents and bad feedback have more impact than good ones. Bad impressions and bad stereotypes are quicker to form and more resistant to fade away from our subconscious mind. That is why, bad events wear off more slowly than good ones. Daily, we tend to see people who say negative things as smarter than those who are positive. Wrongly, we give more likely to give greater weight to critical reviews.

when negative people discourage us continuously, chances are we can become a victim of our circumstances and thereby feel sad, scared or angry; or instead, we could choose to deal with injustice gently and break the chains of negative thoughts and energies, and not let ourselves drop into it.

Positive outlook:

Some people do have a more positive outlook, but almost everyone remembers negative things more strongly and in more detail. There are physiological as well as psychological reasons for this. The brain handles positive and negative information in different hemispheres. Negative emotions generally involve more thinking, and the information is processed more thoroughly than positive ones. Thus, we tend to contemplate more about unpleasant events — and use stronger words to describe them — than happy ones. We need to correct ourselves over here, in case anyone happens to be here. Positive people are definitely drawn to positive energy and negative people are drawn to negative energy.

Never judge someone’s character based on the words of another. Instead, study the motives behind the words of the person casting the bad judgment. If you do not do your homework, then one day, you will find yourself to be on the wrong side of the road

Stay away from negativity:

You cannot expect to live a positive life if you hang with negative people. In their company you will ingrain negativity that you fail to notice. If so, you can’t stop attracting the wrong people, the wrong situations, and the wrong feelings

You are responsible

When good things happen to you, praise yourself. Gracefully acknowledge that you are responsible for the good things – as, you worked very hard; you earned it but do not blame external events or other people for your failures. Nobody likes to hear that. Own your failures too.

Negativity diminish our selfimage; it deteriorates our spirit and deplete our energy. It blunts our creativity, and prevent us from being able to create the future we would like for ourselves.

Conclusion

Assuming that things happen to you and put you in the role of a victim. But. have you noticed that positive people seem to get what they want out of their life, and even if things don’t go their way, they still enjoy their lives. while negative people whine and moan about their misfortunes and even the good things in their lives. To clear negative energy, one can try this 3 -step process:

• Take ownership:

When we believe everything is someone else’s fault, we continue to suffer a lot. When we take ownership, we realize and learn to forgive ourselves thereby enjoy peace and joy.”

• Cancel negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts:

With practice, dedication and decision making we see the world through the eyes of “what can go right” instead of “what can go wrong. Be incurably optimistic about life but be prepared to deal with the negative.

• Realize you have control over your situation:

When you realize that the future is NOT cast in stone but that you have more control over your circumstances than you believe that things are in your control to the extent possible. Of course, chance plays its role.

In fine, I can say that, nobody wants negative energy to permeate their lives, yet many of us allow it unconsciously, based on past conditioning. The smart thing is to learn from the past to secure a blissful future.
